UK items will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded or Royal Mail Special Delivery service. Both methods require a signature on delivery. 

International orders will be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed or International Signed For.

We aim to dispatch all orders from the online shop within 5 working days but as all our jewellery is made to order, sometimes during busy periods, it may take longer. All items are made to order in our Belfast atelier. Please allow between 1-4 weeks from the order date for delivery. We will notify you if it will take longer than 5 working days to dispatch your item. Custom ring sizes or chain lengths may add more making time to your order. If you would like to receive your order by a certain date please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate this.

All payments must be received and authorised before shipment. We will only ship to the address you give in your order. 

Commissioned items follow a different process and dispatch times will take longer due to the making process, usually 6-12 weeks from placing the order (see “Commissioning” section). 

Customers remain responsible for any import duties, sales taxes or other import costs or fees. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are advised to check these details themselves before placing the order. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. It is recommended to contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. 

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined.  We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.



Below are delivery estimates for different destinations. Please note that all listed shipping times are estimates. Actual shipping times may vary depending on the delivering party responsible, or customs procedures in your country. We can not guarantee these timescales and can not guarantee that the parcel wont be opened at customs when entering countries outside the UK.

UK & Ireland: £5.00 for Orders under £100 (UK addresses usually delivered 1-2 working days after dispatch, Ireland 3-5 working days)

Europe: £8.00 for Orders under £100 (usually delivered 3-5 working days after dispatch)

USA: £8.00 for Orders under £100 (usually delivered 5-7 working days after dispatch)

Rest of the World: £8.00 for Orders under £100 (please allow 7-21 working days for delivery after dispatch)

We cannot be held responsible for items that go missing due to accidents or errors caused by third party shipping companies (whether Royal Mail or other). We always keep all proof of delivery, including tracking numbers, which we are happy to supply as requested. All shipments are insured up for their relevant value where possible. Other shipping options or collection in person from the workshop can be arranged at the customers request.

International delivery - When items are sent to another country, your parcel is often handled by more than one postal service. When we send a parcel abroad, the actual delivery of the item will be the responsibility of the postal service in the country the items are going to. Delays can often be caused by customs checks, which can sometimes take up to 1-2 weeks.

Items not received but tracked as being delivered - This frequently happens when items are delivered to places of work. In some cases, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within your company and someone else will have signed for it. In these cases, you can request a proof of delivery certificate from the Royal Mail ( by filling in a signature request form. Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to your home address.
